Denver Broncos-- story of discipline working

Okay. If you know me, you know I've been a Denver Broncos fan since the age of 6 or so. They're my team because my dad lives near Denver. It's a given. This year started with the trauma of a new head coach trading away the quarterback who was supposed to be the next John Elway for us. Cutler's kind of a punk so I didn't mind so much. I like Kyle Orton.

Anyway, these two clips deal with a different player on the team: Brandon Marshall. And even if you don't care about football or despise the Denver Broncos, I think the story here and the hug towards the end of the 2nd video makes the point that discipline can work.

Here's the tale of a coach who suspended a perfectly healthy player because of the player's terrible attitude. And it apparently worked.

It won't let me embed it, but the first link is to the news clip of Brandon Marshall being suspended:
So here's why Brandon Marshall footage of him being a punk.

And then this is the play from a couple games ago where Marshall has an amazing run and hugs the coach at the end.

And here's the reconciliation bit.

(I can't promise this is the end of my Broncos nerdiness, but I promise to tell more UG stories later.)
